Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships.
Shipping rates
Flat-rate standard worldwide shipping is $5.90. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Express options are offered at checkout where available.
Delivery time
Typical transit is 5–12 business days internationally, depending on customs and your local postal service. Delays caused by customs inspection are outside our control.
Customs & import duties
Import taxes or duties, if any, are charged by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Product descriptions on the customs form are declared truthfully as food products.
Address & lost parcels
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 45 days of shipment and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a reshipment or refund.
