Chia, Goji & Mulberry Overnight Pudding

Ingredients

  • chia seeds 6 tbsp
  • oat or almond milk 300 ml
  • dried mulberries 20 g
  • goji berries 15 g
  • maple syrup 1 tsp
  • cinnamon 1/4 tsp

💡 Kitchen tip

The berries plump and sweeten the pudding on their own — taste before adding more sweetener.

Steps

  1. 1

Whisk chia seeds into plant milk thoroughly to prevent clumping.

  2. 2

Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon, then fold in the dried berries.

  3. 3

Divide into jars and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

  4. 4

Stir once after 15 minutes if the seeds settle; layer with fresh fruit to serve.
